the DAFM Selection Committee has decided to limit your answer for the three motivational questions in the application procedure 2023/2024 to 600 CHARACTERS!
It is not an essay. Should you upload a motivational letter as a document, please be aware that it will not be considered. 
Also, emails, asking for clarification regarding the lenghts will not be answered. Follow the given instructions.
IMPORTANT: Please read our Application Guide very carefully, before you write an email.

We will not answer any questions, that are being explained in this document.
 
Applications without valid passport / proof of language skills (either attestation from degree awarding university OR official international language examination ! / relevant diploma, CGPA 75% or higher / original transcripts will be rejected without any possibility of appeal.
Also, there is NO possibility to evaluate any document/result that has not been submitted until the deadline regardless of the circumstances. 
(No passport, no language exam or any other document, that has not been submitted, will be considered.)

Dear Applicants, some of you have received a Non eligibility SH-DISS2023 message. 
We are trying to solve the problem. Please, do not write any emails to us concerning this matter!

• you have to hold a relevant bachelor degree (ONLY graduate EU-citizen can apply in their last year!
• official international English language certificate is highly recommended (find the list of recognized certificates on the website) - attestation of university is fine, but not an equivalent in evaluation!
• you have to hold a valid passport - at least for 2,5 - 3 years (your residence permit will be only valid until your passport is valid!)
• the Proof of current and exact place of residence: An official document/card issued by authority stating your place of residence

No emails regarding these questions will be answered from now on.

Preliminary Letter of Acceptance will be sent out next week.

All non-EU applicants (except self-payers) have received the decision of the DAFM Selection Committee.
The evaluation of the self-payer candidates has started.
EU-applicants (scholarship holders and tuition fee free non-scholars) are to be finalized until Friday, 21st April.
The documentation for non-EU scholarship holders and non-EU tuition fee free non-scholars is in progress.

Self-payer candidates are under evaluation, invitations for interviews to be sent out soon.

Please send your application until 23.59 GMT+1 today, 30th March 2023.
The Selection Committee will evaluate the EU-candidates next week, invitations to interviews will be sent out.

Final decision on ALL candidates (acception or rejection) to be sent approx. mid of April by email.
