final selection

The final selection of candidates is based on both the score obtained for the application and for the interview with the following weighing: 40% for application and 60% for interview.
Two ranking lists are made according to these percentages: one for Programme Country and one for Partner Country applicants.
In each ranking list (Partner and Programme Country), the Selection Committee selects the best ranked applicants to be part of DAFM (in respect of the geographical and gender balance) programme.
The min. threshold of 75 % applies here as well.
Non-selected applicants are placed on the reserve list (in ranking order).
Should the selected 90-100 interviewed applicants not reach the threshold, the Selection Board can decide to have further interviews with applicants from the reserve list (in ranking order.)
