On January 13, 2026, DAFM students participated in a series of expert lectures delivered by distinguished professors from Serbian universities. Prof. Milivoj Radojčin (University of Novi Sad) presented topics on Introduction to Fruit Drying and Thermodynamics of Moist Air, providing insights into drying technologies and fundamental process principles. Prof. Aleksandra Djukić-Vuković (University of Belgrade) delivered lectures on Biorefinery Concepts and Production of Bio-based Chemicals from Lignocellulose and Lactic Acid Fermentation for Processing of Food Industry By-products, highlighting sustainable approaches and innovative biotechnological solutions. The lectures enriched students’ knowledge and strengthened the link between academic research and practical applications in food and bioprocess engineering.
